There will be NO exceptions to this for safety reasons and to meet insurance requirements.
6 & 7 year old kids are allowed to participate in GellyBall parties with a parent present on or near the game field during the event as long as our safety gear will fit them.
NO kids under the age of 7 may participate in the game theater, if they enter they will be escorted out and returned to their parent.

QUESTION: Why should you choose Fun On Wheels?
ANSWER: We are a small local business that is family owned and operated by natives to Ellensburg. We are passionate about bringing something new and exciting to our community, and something fun for kids and adults alike throughout Kittitas County. Our main goal fun and unique way to celebrate and create memories with each other.
QUESTION: Is there an age limit for Fun On Wheels parties/events?
ANSWER: Yes, due to insurance and safety restrictions we do not allow ages under 7 to play inside our video game theater and under age 6 during GellyBall games (Equipment must fit safe and secure for any age to play). Ages under 6 may be present at the parties/events but must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times and remain outside the trailer, and outside of the designated GellyBall play areas and CANNOT participate.
QUESTION: Do you provide food and drinks?
ANSWER: We do not provide food at this time but may be in the future, we do provide tables for food, drinks, and presents. We can provide bottled water at GellyBall parties upon request. We have however talked and partnered with some local vendors and may be able to provide a custom package with food or treats. Contact us for those custom package, these are subject to the other vendors availability and are not available during winter months currently. We are hoping to add other options soon.

QUESTION: Do You Provide Invitations?
ANSWER: Yes. We do provide invitations upon request. We can email you virtual invites for you to send electronically or PDF invites you can print yourself.

Game Theater FAQ
QUESTION: What if too many people show up to the party? Is there an extra charge?
ANSWER: Depending on the party package chosen if more than 12 participants show up there would be a $10 fee per guest up to 20 participants (15 participants max if weather doesnt allow for use of outdoor gaming stations). Beyond 15-20 participants would not be able to participate in the game theater unless you have booked an custom event package that allows it and it was discussed in advance. Our game theater allows max capacity of 20 inside but we allow 12-15 players only to allow for 2 game coaches and parents that may need to step in and out throughout the party. For most parties only 10-14 will fit seated at one time comfortably depending on size and age for this reason we may rotate players in and out of the game trailer. During months with better weather up to 8 people can play outside depending on games played.
QUESTION: What time will you be arriving?
ANSWER: The game coach arrives in plenty of time to be setup and start your party at the designated start time. Normally between 10-20 minutes ahead of time. If we will be later due to a delay from back to back parties, or unforeseen circumstances we will contact you in advance and let you know.
QUESTION: How do I know the trailer can come to my house?
ANSWER: Our drivers are excellent and can go nearly anywhere. As long as the road is free of debris and obstacles and wide enough and your driveway or street isnt a very sharp hill. If you don’t feel like your property is an option, we can divert to a nearby park, church or parking lot if you have received permission from your chosen location. Keep in mind we need at least 50 feet of cleared space (fairly flat).
QUESTION: Do I request certain games?
ANSWER: We will have a game library of popular games which can change month to month. We do not keep all games downloaded at all times due to limited space so if there is a particular game you are interested in please let us know a week in advance so we have time to make it available. If games are not requested then events are limited to games we have prepared for the event and your game coach will listen to any requests within available options or make suggestions if a requested game is not available to make your event successful. We do request that if you want “M” or "A" rated games you send us an e-mail or list them in the comments section when booking. We will also provide a waiver for you to sign if you are requesting "T" rated games, "M" rated games or "A" rated games for players under 18 year of age.
QUESTION: Will the kids know what to do?
ANSWER: We provide a Game Coach for each party/event! For larger events we may provide more than one. They will help the kids/adults along, and make sure the party/event is safe and fun for everyone.
GellyBall FAQ
QUESTION: What is a GellyBall blaster?
ANSWER: GellyBall blasters are electronic guns, so if you squeeze the trigger and hold it, they will shoot about 10 balls per second! However, we tell the players to shoot in “bursts” just a quick pull on the trigger to avoid jamming or damage to the guns. The pod that holds the ammo is called a “hopper”, it holds about 750 GellyBalls. The GellyBall blaster accurately shoots a distance of up to 100 feet!
QUESTION: What is a GellyBall?
ANSWER: A gellyball is similar to Orbeez but slightly smaller. They are teeny tiny absorbent polymer beads that expand into small beads when soaked in water. They are biodegradable and non-toxic. They will not hurt people, pets, plants or your lawn. Unlike paintballs that explode upon impact, GellyBalls simply bounce off or disintegrate, then they dehydrate! No stain, No mess!
QUESTION: Do GellyBall's hurt?
ANSWER: The GellyBall blaster uses low pressure to shoot, so it only feels like a snap of a rubber band. But you will be having so much fun, you won’t even notice! We suggest wearing long sleeve shirts and pants to limit exposure and the sensation on bare skin if your skin is sensitive.
QUESTION: How early will you be arriving before the party/event?
ANSWER: The average set up time is 45 to minutes to 1 hour for a normal party. (For larger events we may arrive earlier due to longer set up time) Depending on location area size and number of bunkers set up and how long it takes to go over the direction and rules. There is also roughly 20 to 30 minutes of take down time for the average party for larger events it may take longer.
QUESTION: How many people can play GellyBall at once?
ANSWER: For the average GellyBall party we recommend no more than 10 players at once, we can do as little as 2. You may have as many people as you want at the GellyBall party but only 10 people will play at one time per game. If there is more than 10 people we will just alternate players in and out each game. In the future we will be acquiring more equipment which will allow for more players at once running two different games or events that focus on shooting at targets. If you would like more people to play at a times consider picking a package that also includes our shooting gallery. We can place 2 additional players at the shooting gallery and rotate players every minute so a lot of kids can play that as well.
